WARRANTY

Warranty Coverage

Omni RGB Lighting ("we," "us," "our") offers a limited, non-transferable lifetime warranty on all our lighting products (the "Products") to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Warranty Period

1. Lifetime Coverage: This warranty covers the Products for the lifetime of the original purchaser, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During the warranty period, if a product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion:

1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.

2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.

2. Damage caused by unauthorized alterations or repairs.

3. Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other external causes.

4. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.

5. Products that have been used for purposes other than their intended use.

6. Products that have been cut or spliced

7. Products being faded or damaged by sunlight

8. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profit, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product.  Labor is not covered under the warranty. 

Non-Transferability

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser for a specific property of the product and is non-transferable. Any transfer of the property ownership voids this warranty.
